You have had a life time to develop the habits of reactions, stories, and beliefs to cope and deal with life. Sometimes those are the things that throw you in a loop of exactly what you don't want. This timeframe gives us the opportunity to address what comes up in a year, to address the patterns of those habits so you can release them and learn something more useful and helpful.
